Cancellations


I’m so sorry to hear that you need to cancel your order. We hope you would not cancel but if you need to, please contact us immediately via email at pormawear@gmail.com. We will make every effort to assist and help. However please do understand that we cannot cancel your order if this has already been processed for dispatch. If this happens, we will request you to return the item at your cost for us to process the refund.

Returns/Refunds

Returns must be made within 14 days. You must notify us of a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel via email to pormawear@gmail.com. We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the 14 day return period.

We will get back to you within 3 working days to confirm your return and send you the relevant information to make your return. 

​The item(s) must be returned to us in the original condition within 14 days of receiving your parcel in order to be replaced or refunded. Returns made after this time or in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost.

Please ensure your return includes your: 
- Order Name
- Email address used to place your order, and if different, the email you contacted us on to request your return.

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or faulty, this may be returned for a replacement or full refund (including shipping). 

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel is posted, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel. By purchasing you adhere to these conditions. In the unlikely event your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, you can look to make a claim with Royal Mail here.  Please contact us at pormawear@gmail.com for any details they require to assist with your claim. The outcome of this claim is out of our control and we are unable to make any influence on the carrier’s decision.

Exchange

Please note that you will be responsible for the return and exchange shipping cost for an exchange and we cannot guarantee we will have the size required for the exchange at that time, so please ensure to purchase the correct size to avoid any disappointment.

Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold with original packaging. Goods must be unused, in perfect condition and remain in a re-saleable condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition.

Please make sure that your return is well packed and includes your name, number and/or email address used to place the order so that we can identify your return quickly and speed up the returns process for you. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit therefore we would recommend that you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office or choose to send the goods by Recorded Delivery for your records. All returns are made at your own cost. 

Please allow 7 days for us to process your return. If you have not heard from us after this time, please reach out to us at pormawear@gmail.com.

If you purchased a tracked delivery method, please allow a few hours for your tracking information to populate via the link sent in your dispatch notice. Standard shipping options are not trackable and this link will not update.
