Chef Patron John Zamuco is the culinary force behind Piraso, bringing with him nearly two decades of passion, discipline, and refined skill.

 


✨ Sweet Kneads home cooks Joey Lyn and Paul Uychocde

Joey Lyn and Paul Uychocde, the husband-and-wife duo behind Sweet Kneads. Their baking journey began during the pandemic in Dubai, sharing Filipino cheesecakes with hospital colleagues before growing through word of mouth. Now based in Birmingham, they continue to share homemade cakes and breads inspired by Filipino flavors, bringing comfort, nostalgia, and a taste of home to the community—each bake made with heart, heritage, and love.
