Chef Patron John Zamuco is the culinary force behind Piraso, bringing with him nearly two decades of passion, discipline, and refined skill.

 

✨ Sweet Kneads home cooks Joey Lyn and Paul Uychocde

Joey Lyn and Paul Uychocde, the husband-and-wife duo behind Sweet Kneads. Their baking journey began during the pandemic in Dubai, sharing Filipino cheesecakes with hospital colleagues before growing through word of mouth. Now based in Birmingham, they continue to share homemade cakes and breads inspired by Filipino flavors, bringing comfort, nostalgia, and a taste of home to the community—each bake made with heart, heritage, and love.​​​

Beyond the food, Merienda Club is about connection. Enjoy interactive activities, including a Filipino pub quiz and playful icebreakers, designed to spark conversation, laughter, and a sense of community.

HOW MUCH IS THE TICKET?

-  £25 per person

- This includes food & fun—The whole shebang!

- The actual cost is more. But as this is our first, we will cover a portion of the cost!

CAN I BUY TICKET ON THE DAY?

- We want everyone to have an amazing time, so tickets are limited. Once they're gone, they're gone! 🎟️

- To avoid, disappointment, we recommend getting your tickets early, as we cannot guarantee availability on the day.

WHAT'S IN THE MENU?

- We would like to keep it as a surprise! But, menu is curated by one of Pinoy Birmingham based chef & home cooks! Tried and tested!! 👍👍

- No, anyone can join us as long you have the ticket!
