Leaving your home for the “Greener Pasteur” is not an easy thing to do. Yes, you will see lots of different things in the UK and get to enjoy wonderful places and stuff too. But of course, as it has always been a cliché there is no better place like home. You will miss your family, your friends, and the things that you like and you want to do.
On a lighter note though, social media and fast-advancing technologies are now aiding our feeling of impending doom a.k.a. "homesickness". Mobile phones, Facebook Messenger, Twitter are now making our life easier to be somehow in touch with the people we miss the most. But hey! You might have packed up all your laptops, tablets or mobile phones but make sure you bring the right charger too. Otherwise these might not all work out well for you.
Nonetheless, in order for you to be ready somehow with what awaits you in the country you are going to, here is Manong George’s video for the tips of what to bring to the United Kingdom. This will also give you tips on what to bring from a simple charger to the favourite seasoning you like to use every time you cook. Mind you, here in the UK , "Sinigang na Baboy", "Kare-Kareng Baka" and "Chicken- Baboy Adobo" is not always in every menu of the Restaurant. So, if you wake up one day craving for one, you might find your self browsing the net to find the nearest Filipino Store that could be more than 20 miles away from you. That is why , bringing your Mama whose name is Sita, along with all the different types of Ginisa Mix and Cubes are a must to bring too.
I hope you find this video helpful and somehow entertaining too. Goodluck!
