When Mary Joahnna-Carmelle Cruz, a theatre nurse in Reading, pursued photography, she wasn’t just seeking a hobby — she was searching for connection. Finding no local group for Filipino photographers in the UK, she started one herself. What began as a simple idea has grown into a thriving community of over 330 members, united by their shared love for photography.

Jordan Zuniga’s journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. Before becoming a full-time photographer and founder of Dreamluxe Studios, he proudly served as a staff member in the Army in the Middle East, where he worked as a private bartender for high-ranking officials.
